Principles of ethics and plagiarism detection policy

 

● Responsibilities of the Editorial Committee
1. The description of the peer review processes is defined and disclosed by the Editorial Committee so that the authors know what the evaluation criteria are.
2. The Editorial Committee's decision to accept or reject a work for publication will be based solely on the importance of the article, originality, clarity, the result of the review process and the relevance that the work represents for the Journal.
3. It undertakes to guarantee the confidentiality of the evaluation process.
4. It will respect the confidentiality of the data of authors and reviewers.


● Author Responsibilities
1. They must guarantee that their manuscripts are the product of their original work and that the data has been obtained in an ethical manner. In addition, they must guarantee that their work has not been previously published or is not being considered in another publication.
2. For the application of their works, they must comply with the editorial standards for the publication of articles defined by the Editorial Committee.
3. They will attach three formats: 1) Signed commitment letter; 2) Assignment of rights signed; 3) General data.
4. They will prepare the corrections requested by the Editorial Committee.
5. Any manuscript found to be plagiarized will be removed and not considered for publication.
6. The sources used must be properly registered in accordance with editorial standards.
7. Authors must disclose in their manuscript any conflict of funding or interest that could influence the results or interpretation of their manuscript.


● Responsibilities of the reviewers
1. They undertake to report any unethical conduct by the authors.
2. They undertake to keep the information related to the articles they evaluate confidential.
3. They will conduct themselves objectively. Reviewers must express their points of view clearly and with valid arguments. 
4. Reviewers will evaluate manuscripts in which they have no conflicts of interest.
